Default In Dash CD Changer Says CD Error

When I bought my stang (used) the in dash 6 cd changer would not let me load any cd's it would just say "cd error". I pulled the fuse and when I put it back in the changer worked fine. After a couple days of use it goes back to saying "cd error" and not letting me do anything. I pulled the fuse once again and now it says all slots are full even though only a couple are. It won't let me eject or play anything. Just wondering if anyone might know what the problem may be.

The problem is the indash 6-disk CD players are junk. You can keep fiddling with it or you can just get a new Head Unit and not have to put up with it anymore.
