I was messin around on ebay when i found a 2000 watt (peak) amp for 18 bucks with 8 min left i couldnt believe it so i looked at it quick (not much time left on it) its a mitzu audio 2000 watt amp new in box so i end up winning it pay $44.74 after shipping i just bought it and now am wondering if its a good amp anyone here no anything about this amp or company. Anything would be appreciated!!!

uhm, ya get what ya pay for?

When you get the amp take a look at the fuse on the side, it is probably a small one showing that the amps true output is much lower then 2kwatts.

What you need to look at when buying a car audio amp (or any amp for that matter), is the THD (total harmonic distortion). That is what truly indicates the quality of an amp. Good amps will have something like .01%, an acceptable amount is .05%. Anything over that itll sound like poop. Also, the true RMS (root mean square) output is the TRUE wattage output of the amp. Peak wattage means nothing.

on top of that you also need ot make sure that the specs of the amp are measured with the standard SEMA variables. Amps like this advertise 2000 watts when it could be closer to 200...
