I have a couple of questions about the mach 460 rear speakers in a convertible.

I heard about some sort of box that the mach 460 has around the rear speakers in the convertible. Would it benifit me to get these boxes or something like them if I am going with aftermarket speakers? Do they make a difference in the sound/bass ?

What size speakers do these boxes hold. I've seen a picture of the boxes it and it appears that they hold 5 1/4 rather than 5x7 and have a seperate tweeter. Is that the case?

Do these provide any bass with the original mach 460 system setup?
