you can either get a pre-made universal box or (better choice) make your own with glass and wood.

If I had the tools to make my own box, I wouldn't be asking this question. Most universal boxes are too big for my trunk. I have to yet find one specifically designed for convertible mustangs.

open-air sub? They don't sound as good... but they are an option if you can't build your own or don't want to remove the rear seat permenantly...
