i got a mustang 03 gt and i know it has a mach sound system can anybody tell me how i can find out which 1 i got?

If you got subs in the trunk, then it's 1000. If not, 460..

 

Where would these subs be? Mounted up by the rear speakers?

 

do you have tweeters by the mirrors? does it say mach 460?

 

the mach 1000 has 4 amps on an amp rack and 2 subs in the rear trunk, it also says mach 1000 on the amp rack. i dont think you have the 1000 bc when you open the trunk you would know. this is a pic of the 1000s trunk

the speaker grilles look like they came from Kragen huh?....i haven't listened to a Mach 1000 but i've listened to a Shaker 1000 in an 05...wow totally not worth the extra $1300...actually it was pretty impressive for a stock system from Ford (not Acura, Audi or Infiniti, etc.) but really not worth the price

 

i don't see y people spend the 1300 for the shacker or mach for 1300 you could get a much louder aftermarket system and still have most of the trunk

 

I HAVE A MACH 1 AND IT CAME WITH THE MACH 1000... I GOT RID OF IT.. I'D RATHER SPEND 1300 ON MY ENGINE THAT WASTE SO MUCH WHEN YOU COULD SPEND LESS THAN 3 BILLS TO GET AN EQUIVLANT SOUND...
