So Ive got an 03 GT, Mach 460 system. It came stock with a 6-CD changer, but Ive recently bought a Mch mp3 headunit to swap in. The connections are the same, it bolts up great. However, the bass isnt working. Just the treble. I think it goes without saying that a system isnt a system with no bass.

I bought another one, and had the same problem. So it cant be a problem with the HU itself. And I put the 6cd changer back in and everything runs perfectly, so i couldnt have blown any fuses or lost any connections.

Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it? To everyone else - what would you suggest I try?

do you have the amp turn on wired up to the remote turn on? Sounds like the amps are not turning on.

 

It is mach to mach, same connections & all. I literally unplugged the harness from the old HU, and plugged in into the new HU.

 

Still nothing, eh?
