Default RCA switch

I have XM radio, an IPOD, and only one set of audio in rca plugs in my head unit. I am looking for a way to have a switch and possibly a jack to plug in my ipod for road trips. If there is a relay solution that would be great, but a switch that the go from connecting two wires to connecting two completely different is something I have yet to see. I don't want to do an FM modulator simply because I don't like the quality. Any idea's would be appreciated.

You could theretically use splitters, and see how that works. Other wise I cant think of anything sufficient other than getting a head unit thaty has 2 aux inputs. Depending on the deck and how old it is you could get a direct connect iPod adaptor. If this is something you consider look at Eclipse cd players. From the CD4000 to the CD7000 all of those can accomidate an iPod along with another aux input.

I think i might have found a switch that will go between the two, it is from an old power supply one of my buddies made when he was a Computer science major. But the head unit is a one year old sony. I was looking for a cheap fix (Under $30 or so). Otherwise I can just do without both.
