ok well i just got a 7in scren from a buddy but. when im tryin to take out my console it wouldnt budge. so is there another way i can pop it out without worryin if im going to break it or not.

i didnt mean the dash the party im trying to say is the part that surounds the cdplayer/tapeplayer/ a/c controls and a/c vents... i still dont know how to take it out and i just broke a vent tryin to take it out damn this is pissing me off its soo complicated. i just wanna yank it out cuz it feels l.ike its welding in and doenst wanna budge at all

i got the older version were its 2 seperate dins. does anyone know how to take this sumbitch out

Mine had two seperate dins. If it's the same, there are two T.. 20 or T12 screws under the first din that you hafta unscrew. Once you pull the radio and CD slave out (using bent hangars or Ford Radio Tools (about $3 at Walmart)), there are 2 more T20 or T12 screws that bolts the plastic face/molding to a metal bar behind the panel. I believe it's on a plastic rod that went underneath the radio. GOod luck!
