A unit like that, ususally requires having an aux input on the factory radio. The easiest way is to get a wired fm modulator. The wireless ones are garbage. A wired one will use the antenna connection to play through. Just select a freq on the adapter, then the same one on the radio. The modulator will overpower any signal that that station is picking up. No loss of sound quality.
