Default Adding new deck to Mach 460 in 99GT

How difficult is it to add a new deck to the Mach 460 system? I have a 1999 GT that has 2 decks from the factory. One is the radio/tape/amp and the other is the cd deck. Would I just have to replace the cd deck or take out both and put the new deck where the current radio/tape/amp is? Can I use the existing speakers or do I have to buy new ones. Sorry for all the questions, but I am a noob when it comes to replacing the deck in a upgraded system with external amplifiers.

page 2 of my signature shows how I integrated into a 94, same thing. It doesn't have to be as hard as I made it to be honest, it just sounds better this way.
