Hey gang, i have recently built a sub box and was wondering if there is any particular type of wire i should use to connect the subwoofer to the terminals. Thanks!

Speaker wire... the bigger the better. I have 10 gauge in mine.

wo 1/0 - 10 guage holy cow. in that short of a distance from the outside of the box to the driver, you dont need cable like that. 12 is what i would recomend. it wont get there any faster or any more powerful from a 12 - 1/0. but if you go from a 12 - 18 now that would make a diff. it cant take that kinda volt. and it could heat up, other bad things.

plus 4 or minus 4 hp? I said a CHANGE not an increase.....

Add a cap and you might get that 4 hp back........

I got only 4 additional hp with the 1/0. My buddy was saying he will give me his piece of Golden Gate bridge cable he has mounted on a piece of wood AND the cap, and that should get me O' THE TOP, BABY! Looking at LEAST 9 or 10 hp additional. So put that in your pipe and smoke it
