Well, Im getting my system all set up in a few days. There already a few door speakers but I will have:

50X4 JVC Headunit, 2 Pioneer 6x8s in back, 5X7 polks in front,, MTX door tweeters, 12" MTX subwoofer powered by 280watt MTX amp. The system is mainly gonna be for rock and I don't need a ton of bass, how do you think it'll sound? Any recomendations before I go buy it all?

 

mtx subs like a lot of power so that would be my only concern.....

It will sound better then the stock system if it is done right.

 

You might want to check out a pair of boston sl80's for the door they sound great with a similar system in my car.

 

YOu might want to ditch the rear speakers and get better fronts and an amp to power them.
