Yes there is a way. Just because its mono doesnt mean you cnt wire two or even more subs to it. Question before i go further, what are the subs and how many ohms, single or dual voice coil?

you can drive as many speakers as you want when you wire them correctly. That power rating was probably followed by the impedence, measured in ohms. More then likely it is 2 ohm stable so you can drive two 4 ohm subs, wired in parallel. We can get you through it.

As stated above, more info is needed to solve the problem but there is a very simple wiring solution.

Thanks all for the help, I havent found subs yet. Im guessing since they are going under the back seats, they will have to mount depth under 6 inches, anyone got any ideas, anything from decent to really good subs? they amp i got is the same as this only one year older http://cgi.ebay.com/KICKER-06-ZX2500...QQcmdZViewItem

I would look at some elemental design O series 8's. 2-3 should fit under the seats and still sound good. ED might also have some sort of shallow mount woofer. Check out edesignaudio.com

I listed to one of those super thin pioneers and didn't like it at all.

the pioneer shallow are CRAP...the Clarion ones are pretty decent and pretty cheap...if i bought any shallow mount though it would be a Critical Mass
