I have a 4 channel amp in my trunk. 2 channels run 2 separate tweeters and the other 2 run 2 crossovers. I have a very unique setup, but that all runs the mids and tweets in the rear, and the tweets up front. I dont have mids up front, but aftermarket 3way coaxials in the doors. Ok, since the coaxials are not hooked to my amp, im assuming they are running off my factory amp behind the head unit, correct?

 

Yes, if they are playing sound and not being ran by your aftermarket amp, then yes, they have to be.
