Im so sick of the Type R bashing.. yeah its not the best subwoofer in the world...we know that.. but guess what...its far from one of the worst subs too...and some of us especially HS kids, dont have 3000 to spend on our systems. So everyone with a Type R(including myself), stfu and dont try to brag about it... everyone has heard an R...we know... and everyone who doesnt have one (bashes them) stfu.. because hey...at least you have a better one right?... and we've heard the typical bashing.. so everyone just knock it off alright... were supposed to help each other on these forums, not bash each other for what stuff we do or dont have in our car...

 

We are trying to help people by preventing them from buying a Type R in the first place when there are many suitable alternativies thatwill outperform that driver for less then or equal price. A type R is fine, but there is much better in the same price range.

In no way, shape or form did I just "bash" the type R. I'm just trying to be the voice of reason saying there are more options.

Theres only a couple thread that even talk about the Type-R anymore. If you dont want to hear people bitching about the Type-R's then don't open those threads.

But yes there is no need for another thread to be started to debate the Type-R in anyway whatsoever, good or bad comments about it.

 

Im in high school and paid 350 for my 2 12 cvrs you guys just need to stop going to bestbuy, circuit city to buy your **** they will rip you off so bad. The price you pay for a full system at those place could be a thousand times better if you go to a place that specialize in audio crap and wont point you towards type r's for a system in stead they will show you a high quality sub. You can also tell them your budget and they will fit it with the best stuff you can get for the price.
