I have the mach 460 with the single disc cd and tape player. I want to keep the stock look and upgrade to the 6-disk offered in the 2001+ models. What all is involved in doing this? Is it relatively easy?

 

haha...i have been trying to answer a similar question of swapping to the double din 01 and up dash for almost a year now

however, back to your question...it is by no means an UPGRADE to the 6-disc factory changer...it is CRAP..read te other threads about people's breaking and eating CDs

you would be better off buying an aftermarket Head Unit and 6-disc changer to go along with it...mount it under the armrest or under the front passenger seat so it is close

OR

get a new Head Unit and an iPod!
