..has any one with their notch put like a 10" or 12" subwoofer in the place were the spare tire goes, then cut a round hole in the carpet to make it look nice? i might try it and want to see if anyone has done it b4 for help.

I have not done it in a Notchback before But I have done it in other cars. It can be done pretty easily

Lay some fiberglass down, mdf bonded on top to make it flat, a rigid grill on top to prevent damage. I hope you don;t like using your trunk.

 

trust me nothin is going in the trunk but the battary soon for the strip.

 

Why the hell would you add a sub to a car for the strip. It's just going to add weight and if your only going .25 miles, thats not a lot of music...
