Your RCA's still might be next to a high current source. You still might consider moving around your RCA to see if you have a power wire for something like your fuel pump running next to them.

Does the humming frequency change when you rev your motor? If so, its alternator whine and you have one of three things. (1) Bad RCA's (2) RCA's running next to power wires (3) A common ground with your alternator. Where do you have it grounded anyway and what side of the car are you running your RCA wires?
yes it does get louder when accelerating the rca wire is run down the passenger side and the ampis grounded in the trunk toa random bolt... (I grinded the spot to make sure of a good connection)
if the noise stops with teh rca's disconnnected from the deck your noise could very well be comming from the deck. Try running a quick set of cables above the carpet and see if it stops.
