Ok one of the speakers in my car blew. Do i A just get all new interior speakers and by pass the stock setup with the amps? Are can I get aftermarket speakers and use the factory amps?

 

you should be able run aftermarket speakers off of the stock amp and headunit. also if you bypass the factory amp if you have an aftermarket headunit. best bet would be to call and ask crutchfield what they recommend.

 

I'd just get a factory replacement, but thats just me I think the Mach460 sounds great other than needing more punch than a system without a sub can offer.

My right front tweeter blew as well what i did was i bought a 9815 cda alpine deck and thats why it blew. I added two 12" Jl audio subs with a 500/1 amp for the subs. All im doing is waiting for spring to get the tweeter fixed and then im gonna get alpine type s speakers all around my car. It will look stock but its gonna give a nice punch.
If I were you I would get the speaker fixed just incase you dont want the aftermarket speakers anymore. Get it replaced now before the warranty is up.

 

are the speakers covered under warranty? my front drivers side speaker seems like it's about to pop. i usually only have it turned halfway up. guess that's enough to frig it up.

 

sure its under warranty. but it depends how old your car is. im getting it fixed in the spring time.
