Well I am in the department for getting a new system. I have around 600-700 to spend on Subs and Amp. I started looking into Subs about a week ago and I have narrowed it down to theses two.

JL12w3v3 which has 300 watts rms:

Kicker 10 inch Solo-Baric L5 450 watts rms:

So which ones should i go with? and can u guys who know a lot about systems recommend me some amps that would be good to power these subs for around 300-400 $.

Heck, I'll sell you 2 Rockford 12s, a concept 800 watt amp, with a box. That has rattled my interior panels lose. PM if you want it... As for JL and Kicker, never used the stuff. sorry

 

For $450 this setup would destroy those in both SQ and SPL. (You get a discount if you use the package builder)
