ok, seight311 told me to wire it to the blue wire with a white/grayish stripe... but where is this wire? i was lookng around and everything is wrapped up in tape so i thought id ask before i started cutting all of em

maybe someone can take a quick picture? there is a big yellow connector that alot of wires go into, is it in there? just a guess

 

Usually that is the color wire that connects to an aftermarket HU but it may be the same in the stock ford harness.

Ttocs could lead the way...

 

instead of someone taking a picture of theirs or w/e, why dont you take a pic of yours, and then someone can photochop/paint what goes where, and where goes how.

but i thought you knew to stick it in the poopar....guess now.

 

you need to start your post with the info of what you have in the car, what you are taking out as well as what you are putting in...... I don't know if your in the trunk with an amp, in the dash with a deck, in the back seat with some dude..........

alright i dont think i need to explain what i have done to my car to ask what wire to connect my remote turn on to, but i will

2 12' subs in a sealed box in the trunk, firing into the cabin, amp also in the trunk, remote turn on wire is already run to under the carpet at my pedals, but dont know what wire exactly to wire it to. i know seight has said the blue wire with the white/grayish stripe.. i know this.. but i cant seem to find the wire, i will go take a pic right now and post in minutes, but all im asking is what wire and where it is?

That blue wire is being ran to your amp?

Then connect that to the remote turn on (blue/white) coming out of the harness of your CD player.

 

sorry for the newb question, but which is that? would it be too much to ask u to quickly open it in paint then repost a pic with a circle around the wires that i need to cut open (they are all taped together so u cant see them)
