Hey, My friend has a 98Gt and he installed a JVC Deck and Everything works but the Sound. Does anyone have any Ideas what it could be? Is it Different to Wire it into the Mach 460??? Thanks GUys...

 

You have to connect your remote turn on wire to the Mach 460 amp turn on. Common mistake.

 

blue and white on the deck to the blue AND the Blue and white on the hrns(if you used an aftermarket hrns)

he has a Blue and White on the JVC Deck, the Old Harness there is Blue,black, Orange/Blue, Blk&Green, Red&blue,Blk& yellow,green&yellow. He doesnt see a Blue and white on the Old Harness. Its the Original Harness in the car, The only aftermarket Harness he bought was for the Deck.

after market hrns means the hrns he bought to integrate into the wiring with out cutting it. They are shown on the top pic. In the grey hrns you can see the blue wire as well as the blue and white wire. Connect both of these wires to the blue and white stiped wire comming from the deck.

The 3rd pic down shows the factory amp input which you will need to use to make the subs work. And actually now that I think about it the way it is wired now you should have sound from the tweeters in front and back.
