Default The right amp

I have read on here a few times about an amp that requires no remote wire. Can someone that knows something about these amps tell me where i can find one and who makes them.

I have never heard of an amp that requires no remote wire. And even if their is one, whats the point. What would be so great about having an amp that you dont need a remote wire?

I have heard of amps that use high level (speaker level) inputs and sense the signal. I just can't think of the brands.

My Total has a high level input, that has nothing to do with a remote wire though.

You can always use a LOC too.
