I have an '06 GT with the Shaker 500. I want to install the OEM style Sirius with no external readout.
I have found several Sirius recievers (Ford OEM) on Ebay, they say they will work on Fords up to 2006, but some have different part #'s. What Ford part # do I need..oh yea will this work.

I want the satellite but not visible so as to deter breakins.

If you purchase a tuner from ebay, just make sure it says it is from a ford vehicle.
If you are just purchasing a tuner, you will need a harness, and a new antenna. I purchased a wiring harness and a new magnetic antenna from a guy in Corona, CA for 95 bucks total. My satellite tuner is mounted in the trunk.

His business is called ZARB electronics his number is (951) 279-0485 and his name is MIKE. I believe (not really sure) but, you might have to tell him the numbers on the tuner. The harness number should be 2U6F-14588-BAM. I found that out by calling radiosandmoredotcom. I am listening to commercial free radio from sirius. EXCELLANT STUFF... that should cover you. I'm getting alot of run around from locals, I am having a hard time getting part #'s.
I'm going to a local dealer this week and he said he would call the radio service techs they use and we would get a part #???? We'll see................

on the main page do a search for FORD SIRIUS

you can buy any one of those tuners and then use the telephone numbers I gave in my last post and you'll get everything you need.
