No aux audio

No aux audio
So I just got a 2007 GT off the lot w/ Shaker 1000 and when I try to plug anything into the aux jack, it reads NO AUX AUDIO when I hit the aux button. Anyone else have this trouble or should I give the company who makes Shaker a call?
