BL12 will run you 324$ off the top so theres more then half your money. You will need a custom box if u buy a prefeb box then ur just stupid(not to sound like an ***). Then we come to amp only thing that would power it with clean power and give it 1000+rms and be cheap would be the Nine.1 is 365$ so looks like thats above ur budget just with the sub and amp (not including custom box wires etc)

P.S. the BL would take all the power a Nine can produce so no worries there.

Like ive said stick with the setup ive given u already or come up with some more $$$ ur choice.

 

Even the FI Q would provide very nice spl. I have just never even liked the SQ of DD subs, but opinions are like butt holes.....
