Default Rear Seat Delete + Subs...

I was wondering, on my 03 GT, if i pulled the rear seats, then put some sound deadening in the open space, then put a sheet of cut MDF over it and sealed the edges w/sealant, then mounted two low power 12's w/760watt amp, would it sound decent or sound like azz?

I'd like to add some bass to the car but don't really want a 50lb box in my trunk, I also don't need it to be super loud as I don't have a great head unit.

Go with one decent sub and save the weight as opposed to getting 2 ok ones. The enclosure in the backseat always looks good and sounds decent but you wont have the ambience you would if you put it in the trunk so you will want a generally louder woofer if you are doing a backseat system.
