I don't waste money, I buy top of the line or not at all.
You already have my friend. You said you have RF equipment.

Top of the line? You probably cant even name any high end brands, let alone will/have you ever owned any.

Oh and MTX, Alpine, RF, Kicker are all top of the line brands.
Why don't you drop the ED crap and get yourself a MTX Jackhammer?
You can own top of the line can't you? No? Did'nt think so.

I'm sorry but you really are acting like an idiot.

I have owned the top of the line rockford comps in the past, type x i beleive, and they were ok. They are crushed in comparison with my wife's 5.25 cdts that cost me $100.

If you truelythink MTX,RF, Alpine, and Kicker are top of the line brands you need to do a lot more research on car audio. Those brands are primarily for beginnersthat are just getting into the hobby. (Alpines $7k comps are pretty nice and they make some decent HU's) I could tell you the brandsthat are truely high quality, but I would be wasting my time, because you already know everything...

You might want to try forums like

the12volt.com
caraudio.com
realofexcurstion.com

and see how long yourarrogance lasts on those forums.

In general, you waste money on full range rear speakers. Ask anyone that knows car audio.

Rear fill is not necessary when you invest in a good front stage. For under $200 you could get a nice component set, an amp, and wiring kit. I would only replace the front speakers.

I would buy this for the front and you will have a nice front stage.

http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?...roduct_ID=5207$99, you can make or buy speakers really easily
http://ikesound.com/product-product_id/2839$55

That would be a nice little front stage and would cost under $200 with wiring.

Yes.......?

No where near top of the line. As PReal stated Alpine is the only brand that even makes anything that could even be considered top of the line is Alpine and thats their F1 status equipment, which you probably have no idea that stuff even exists.

Because I would be wasting my money and time and it would sound like crap, and by the way, not to sure I could fit a jackhammer in either of my cars, short of cutting the roof off dropping it in and welding it all back together. Even then I have no idea where I would put 10 amps, 10 batteries, 300 pounds worth wiring, a massive box. Not to mention the entire car is now worthless since it couldn't beat a mini-van in a race.

Yes I can own top of the line, at this point and time I refuse to invest $10k in a car audio system. I would much rather spend that money on more important things and have a $1500 system that sounds really good and didn't break my bank. Sorry man, just shopping at big box stores for anything more than a cd or movie and getting raped by the salespeople there just isn't my thing.
