Default Speaker problems

I put my subs and amp in the car last night. The subs don't pound as loud as they should be. My speakers in my car hardly ever work ever since I put the system in and when they do work they squeek and whenever I gas the car the speaker's squeeks gets higher pitched the more I gas. Basically the speakers are not working correctly and my subs are not pounding like they should and it takes awhile for my cd player to start playing the songs now.

The whining is alt whine. It seems to me like you have a high pass on your amp engaged.

An equipment list, with install order, would be very very helpful.

idk all the exact names for these wires so give me a break.

1st - found the hole in my firewall. then i put the wire to my battery through that.

2nd - ran all the wires through the door panel thing

3rd - pulled cd deck and hooked the wires up to the cd deck

4th - i checked the fuses on my amp that were on there when i got it.

5th - put all the wires that go into the 1000 watt crunch amp

6th - put the speaker wires on the two 12" subs.
first i tried to bridge the subs. it didn't work so then i just got another wire and did it.

7th - put subs in the box and i hooked the subs to the amp and i did the little volume switch thing for the amp and connected that and turned it up.

8th - put the wire to the battery and tested it to see if it worked. which it did except the speakers wanted to cut out. i thought maybe it was just temporary because the subs were going and then the speakers kicked in and started playing the song a little later.

9th - i put some electrical tape around the wires that i connected for the cd deck and put the cd deck back into place.

9th - i took the box with the subs in to the garage and how my box is i have to solder the wire on the inside then i just put the wire in this little slot outside the box. so i soldered the wires like they are supposed to be. that took me a good 2hrs cuz the soldering iron sucked and wouldnt melt the solder very well at all.

10th - put the box in my trunk and connect the wires to the slots on the box

11th - went back through all my wires/connections to see if they were good.

12th - turned the car back on and tried to setup the cd deck to make it sound good. but the speakers kept cutting out and squeeking and were fuzzy. tried again today and the speakers didnt come on at all but the bass still works.

two 12" memphis subs (not bridged)

one 1000watt crunch amp

stock speakers(not premium sound)

one little control for the amp

panasonic cd deck. dont know the number of the cd deck off hand. if it really matters that much ill get it for ya.

not exactly sure on what gauge the wires are. my buddy helped me. went to walmart and got the 1400watt max wire kit for like $32. then he gave me some kind of wire for my speakers that he used for his 12"s and 1200watt amp before he sold them. he said they were better than the speaker wires that came with the kit and that those wires would probably start melting from the kit. not sure on the gauge of that wire he gave me tho.
