I had some Clarion tweeters mounted ontop of my Mach 460 tweeter boxes(On the door fins) that are part of my component system.
Long story short, slammed my door and little too hard and the speaker took a dive.

I'm looking for:
-Sound Quality(High clarity, low distortion)
-Life (Like Phoenix Gold life)
-Moderately Priced

CDT TW24 and TW25 are very nice smooth tweets. If you are looking for something harsher then they also offer titanium cone tweets.

Aura also makes some nice smooth tweets but are a little hard to find these days.

What is your size limitation. Tweets vary in size from .5 inches to 1 inches?

What is your budget?

 

I can do basically any size, since they'll be mounted outside the spealer boxes.
Price, I'd like to stay below $75

Those are made for an image enhancement setup that places a second set of tweeters on the dash.

If you call wooferstec.com they might set you up with just some tweeters for a better price.
