Ok. There are 2 grounds it looks like comming from my negative on the battery to the chassis. But they are bolted down on top of the paint. Should I try an remove the paint around those 2 grounds?

Will making a fresh ground comming off the negative remove the problem?
You should probilbly just go ahead and upgrade the big three. The info sticky has a great explanation.

check out my sig on page 3 err 4 and it shows the big 3 upgrade I did. It would be better to remove those grounds, clean the area under it and then re-attach them but I don't think that is where your noise is commin from. I think BBY didn't re-run the speaker wires the way you asked them to....

Thanks for the idea about the big 3, might as well upgrade it

I'd really like to learn how to do this myself. So for my 400w RF amp, do i get 4 AWG wiring for all 3 wires? Im not sure how the gauging system works...

Just funny, ive probably spent all this money an its still not right. Guess everyone learns the hard way

you want thick wire for your power wires and you want them all the same size.

Most of us do learn the hard way, I did........

Completly aside from the original topic, but I want to make sure I understand this correctly. My HPF for my front stage is set to 50 hz. This means that they will play anything above that, and cut out anything below that?

power wires are both the ground and the power. They both need to be the same thickness and as thick as possible.

You have the hpf correct, it plays anything abot 50 hz.

I posted some wiring pics. Lemme know if yall need anything else. The main question I had was deck ground going to my amp, and I took a pic of the ground for my amp.
