Has anyone ever heard of mmats and can spare me the time of looking them up? How is there quality on a 12inch p2.5 series sub? I can get these subs for 190 which is 40 buck less than a kciker l7 ? How do they compare and are they durable? Going in the trunk of a 2002 mustang coupe...... Thanks for your help!!!!!

 

Why don't you let us make some suggestions, here is a couple questions.

1. What type of music do you listen too?

2. How much do you want to spend?

 

listen to mostly rap some rock and hiphop. Id like to be all said and done for around 600-650.... My friend has two 12 inch legecy 400w rms subs with a matched kenwood amp and id like to be louder and crisper than that

 

I still have no idea why people describe woofers as crisp sounding.

 

thanks for the d*ck comment and by crisper id be referring to the clarity of the notes at which the sub would be operating. so it doesnt sound like a$$. Oh and once agian thanks for the piontless post

 

So say you want yours louder and have more clairty than your friends. Crisp is a higher freqeuncy description, not a low frequency.

And it wasn't a pointless comment, it was a statement, an observation if you will. And if you want your system to be better than your friends it's not going to be hard if your going up against Legacy woofers and a Kenwood amp

sry for the harsh post i think i misunderstood where you were coming from. I did not realize the words go with different frequencys........ i thought u were only posting to make my question look pointless. on a lighter note im glad u didnt reference to any d*cks cuz i dont think i want any of them in my sound system. What would you recommend?

 

Do you want a whole system, including new speakers/head unit? Or just add some bass? Are you installing or are you taking it somewhere?

 

i am installing and speakers and hu are already inplace.

 

Did you already buy the speakers?
