Better than spending it on Audiobahn. You could spend your money far more effectively at a tittie bar actually.

I agree. I'd rather go with the Mach 460 than spend money on Audiobahn.

Do the rear seat delete, then do a budget system (whole system..including head unit, new front stage, amp and sub) later. You can even do a pretty lightweight system depending on your choices..

Like a new head unit of course. Rear seat delete with the custom enclosure like you had planned. One 10" or 12" sub where the bottom of the rear seat would have been. Mount the amp on the other side. New front component speakers, then power the whole thing with one 4-channel amp. Pull out all the Mach stuff and you might not even add any weight, and if you did very little.
