Default AM/FM Cassette Player

I'm trying to take my cassette player out of my '95 mustang so that I can put in a cd deck but I'm not really sure what the easiest way is to get it out. I have tried getting at the clips with some wire similar to that of a coat hanger, with no luck.. should I get the proper U pieces or what should I do?

-- Thanks.

yes spend the $5 at wally world or at an auto parts store. hopefully you have not messed up the clips as then you will have to tear the face off the radio.

Yeah, I just went to Canadian Tire and bought the right tools..

Now I'm curious about all the wiring and the best way to connect everything, such as what kind of connectors to use.
