Im going to remove the 6 disc cd player in my 02 gt. how do i remove it. do i take the plastic trim off and how do i do that. [sm=dontgetit.gif]

 

this is based off Mine, which is a manual...

1. Unscrew and remove shifter ****
2. Push fingers into shift boot and pull up on bezel leather boot is attached to.
3. Pull out shifter bezel adn disconnect plug fr cig lighter
4. starting at bottom, pullout radio bezel to include the top vents.
5. remove two screws at bottom of radio
6. Pull out radio.

Nov if yours is an auto the first two steps might be different, but that is the jist of it.
