Default ? about wiring 2-10' subs

I just got 2 10' Kicker CVR subs Dual Voice Coil 2 ohm. I have a 2 channel amp that is more power at 2 ohm rather than 4 ohms. I know I can run the subs as 1 ohm or 4 ohm. My ? is can I somehow wire them both up to get a 2 ohm load at my amp. So Basically can I wire each sub down to 1 ohm. and both of them in each stereo slot on my amp will make 2 ohms total. Any help would be appreciated Thanks

your amp is apparently made for 2 ohm stable. you can run a 1 ohm, but it will most likely not be stable. if you are going to run 1 ohm on BOTH subs, you had better have a good MOSFET circuit in that amp.
