Default Amp wiring

Ok got a 93 model fast back mustang... ive got 2 10s and 2 12s a pioneer head unit and 2 75 watt precision power amps. Wheres the best place to run my line for amps to the trunk? under the car or through the firewall? also how much amp is too much amp/hit for my 4 bangers alternator to handle. hmmm if its pre amped how do i handle this little problem as well?
Thanks all

Throught the firewall, keep the wire inside of the car. Run the power and remote wire on one side of the car and your RCA's on the other. This will help keep down on the noise. If you are running over 300 or 400 watts i would suggest putting a capacitor inline. You can get a good deal on ebay for one.
