how do i tell if i have the mach 460 or mach 1000 sound system??

 

1000 has 2x 10" subs in the trunk and an amp rack with 4 amps.

it says mach460 on every speaker.......... Behind the mirrors, on the rear deck.......

 

no it doesnt. it just says 'mach'

 

ah, you have one of the funny ones... WE have seen a few of these here from time to time but they seem to be inbetween the regular stereo and the mach. Normally the only difference is how they labeled them, it should be just a standard ford radio(SUPER easy to replace) but we will need to pull the radio and see what hrns's are behind it to be sure..........

more then likely it is a good kinda funny..... If you could take a pic of the back of the radio I can let ya know what we are dealing with.

Yeah, it's pretty simple to see the difference in a 460 vs a 1000. They both have a rack in the trunk, but you have to actually look under for the 460's rack. You know the 1000 when you have the 1000. Never seen an in between Mach and Standard. That's pretty weird. Guess you learn something new every day huh?
