you have the indash changer right? It looks like there may be an amp in there but unfortunatly I forgot that they switched the hrns's in 03 and I am not as familiar with those. See if you can follow one of the hrns's down directly below the deck and see if there is a small factory amp in there. Do you have the tweeter pods by the mirrors?

Looks like you have the 460. Which it is not hard to replace the radio. You will need two parts. A dash kit, and a wiring harness. The dash kit is self explantory. As for the harness; All you need to do is pick up the Metra part # 70-5519. This is the harness you will use. One plug will be the standard 98-03 harness, the other will be a smaller plug with a pair of RCA's, 2 amp ground wires (black/white), and two remote wires (blue/white). You would wire the the standard harness up like normal. You must hook up the speaker wires because this is the harness that drives your tweeters. The smaller harness you will need to ground the the black/white wires, give the blue/white wires ACC (accessory), and plug the RCA's perferably into your rear pre-outs on the back of your radio (this harness will give you your mid-woofers). You won't be able to balance your speakers, but you can fade them. Hope this helps.
