Default Subs question

About 2 yeasr ago i installed a 800w amp and 2 600w 12" subs (not bridged) in my trunk and they have been a blast never had problems with them till now.

Recently when i have a song with too much bass the subs stop working, they work fine with the vol at 28 (top is 60) but when it goes more than that the subs just dont work. i checked the wiring and everything is good. Does anybody have any imput i will really appreciated, maybe a blown fuse or do i have to get new wiring (maybe more expensive, better quality) i dont know.

thanks guys
