Nah, although doing a wall with 8 in my Expedition does sound like fun.

Why not just make one yourself? I promise it's not that hard to do for sealed boxes. I'll help you with dimensions and everything. If you're at all capable with tools (a saw, mainly), you can assemble it.

C'mon, DIY ftw!

Prefab boxes are generally a poor idea, but the ED spec says 1.5 cubes so if you can find a prefab with 1.5 cubic feet of airspace you should be alright. With two woofers, you will need 3 total or two seperate 1.5 cubes.

agreed. if you do some carefull measuring(2x the cutting remember) and design your box on paper, you can get the dimensions for all the sides. Take those to your local home depot and they charge 50 cents a cut. You can get a box made to fit in YOUR trunk rather then one made to fit every trunk.

I takes a $20 sheet of mdf, some 2 dollar gorilla glue/liquid nails, carpet and a few screws.

I think people in general think its harder then it really is.

its a box people, we are not talkin rocket surgery here....

1.) Again, plan ahead(draw it, I always do).
2.) Make the dimensions that you need each side to be(remember that some sides will be longer to overlap the other piece.
3.) get some guy to risk his fingers cutting it
4.) insert tab A to slot B ect.....

Be careful having a place like Home Depot/Lowe's cut it.. They cut mine and my cuts were all gd crooked. Of all of the cuts I had done, possibly ONE was square.

I ended up having to buy another sheet and just do the damn cutting myself. It was a fiasco, to say the least.

Make sure they have a quality panel saw and try to find someone who's not a complete tool. Other than that, putting it together is fairly easy.
