Im looking for a 12 inch sub, i found a infinity 12 inch sub thats 1200 watts, 300 rms.
And im not to sure what amp im going with but will my stock speakers work well wit this, cause i was under the impression you could turn the bass off the speakers with a headunit and turn it all on the sub....

You will be able to do much better for the money then any infinity sub. If you answer a couple questions we can get you a killer sub setup for the price.
How much do you want to spend?
What type of music do you listen to?

but some hus let you put more of the bass load on the subs. my hu does at least. it also has settins to turn it off and the sort
