Default should be easy question about nine.2 amp

I have a nine.2 amp hooked up to an 11Ov2 sub. On the side of the amp there is a switch for the high pass, and low pass and also none..I think. I have it on none right now. Would it bebetter sounding or better for my sub if i switch it to the low pass filter? Thanks for your help. Eric

Should be set on low pass and the frequency should be at 200 hz or less.

Preal im using the mach 460 hu so theres no way for me to adjust what frequency i send to the amp and im pretty sure i cant adjust frequency level on the amp itself its just hpf lpf or no filter at all. So should i still change it to low pass?

The dials for setting cutoff frequency should be on either side of the X-Over switch (LPF is on the left). I'd set it below 80 unless you like lots of muddy bass.
