I have a single 12" sub I am getting ready to install but i'm not too happy with the looks of the current box. The carpet is ripped and peeling back and the box only fits in the trunk facing up.Iam going to make a new box for it, so I want some ideas. Ineed something thats not going to take up too much room.
Is keeping the speaker facing up a good idea? If so, I may just re-carpet the box. I really dont mind building a box, and i already have the materials/tools laying around. So if someone has a good idea for a box, let me know.
This is going to be a sealed box in a 04 Mustang.

The speaker is a 12" eclipse. I've got to take it out of the speaker box to check the model number, but at this point I just wanted to get ideas of the best way to place the speaker in the trunk. If i get the design I want, I can calculate the right volume afterwards.
