Default 2000 Rear Speaker install

I desperately need help here. I blew out front and rear speakers on the right side of my 2000 v6. It is a coupe version with standard sound system (not the MACH). I replaced the two door speakers in about 20 min, but am having problems replacing the back two.

I have taken on the foam head rest in the back seats but am unable to get the carpet covering off. Does anyone know how to get these out?

you need to remove the c-panels in the rear. I think the seatbelt requres a T-55 and then there is the phillips screw that holds the clothing hook. Once those two are out then it slides to the rear and out.
