You would need (2) 1 male/2 female rca splitters, just like these: http://www.summitsource.com/product_...oducts_id=6713
then everything should work

Default What to do with the CD player below the deck?

I have a 2000 Ford Mustang with the "Premium Sound" plus the Ford CD player below the main deck. I saw in Korb's post that the 6 pin connector (C279) connects the CD player below. I bought a Sony MEX-BT38UW stereo and want to hook it up. Between the instructions and this posting thread I think I can get it working. However, I don't know how I can connect the Ford CD deck to the new Sony CD player. I don't want a dead factory cd player in the dash. I'd either like to 1.) hook the Ford CD player up to the Sony CD player if possible or 2.) replace the Ford CD player with something like a multi-disk changer or something that can hook up to the Sony player if the Ford CD player won't hook up to it or 3.) find some plate that fills the slot where the Ford CD player currently is so I don't have a dead unit in the dash. Can somebody please help me out? Thanks!!!

PS- The Sony player has Bus Audio In connectors and a Bus Control In connector if that helps any.

it looks like you are fairly new to car audio after reading your post. If you are unsure how the sony and the factory cd player work together, or rather how they do not then it might be in your best interest to have a professional take care of this for you.
