So i have a shaker 100, i replaced the door speakers with pioneers. Well i want to take out the factory 10's in the trunk and put in Alpine types Es with a pioneer 1000w Mono amp. Well my question is..... can i have the factory amp run the door speakers and the two 8's and have the after market amp run the subs with the factory deck??? IF not what deck would U recomend.. I would Like touch screen with GPS if ya know any...

we(PAC) just came out with a add-a-amp kit for the Fords.You can retain the stock amps too.P/N AOEM-FRD24

its a plug and play harness to give front/rear preouts.The interface itself hasseparate gain controls to match the factory's weak voltage output to aftermarket amps.The retail price is about $60 bucks and will save some headaches.I know other brands are out there, and we private label for most of them, so we know ours works.PM me for more info and better pricing

My amp is wired using the back speakers, now my problem is.... I turn the car on and my amp light flashes then turns off... Just wondering if you have any thoughts on what is causing this?

 

nope. Unless you used the factory amp wiring to power/run your new pioneer...
