I would try and find the volume of that enclosure and replace that sub with something else.

was that english?

I would look into getting something like this

http://www.edesignaudio.com/product_...products_id=31

That's the 13Kv.2 by Elemental Designs. I don't know the size of the enclosure that you have, but if it is around 1 cu ft you can drop this right in and be set. If the rough dimensions of the sub box internally is 12 x 12 x 12 you are good to go.

If not, i would buy some MDF and build a box. It is a lot easier than you think, and only will cost you about $20. Your home built box and sub will cost $80 less than what you paid for that scosche and be ten times better. As long as you have some mechanical skills.

your amp only puts out a claimed 300W @ 4 ohm and 500W @ 2 ohm. This sub will take all of that and maybe a little more. I would not turn the gain up alll the way on that amp though because i am pretty sure it will clip it.

On ebay you can find good deals on infinity subs (I'm partial to the kappa perfects on the sub-$150 range).

How much money are you willing to spend on a sub?
