ok as far as amp u can go with a 4 channel bridge 2 channel to run sub and use other 2 to run front comps. Or you can go with a single 2 channel amp for the front and a mono for the sub. Or you can get a 5 channel amp gives u 4 channels to run comps if ever wanted to add a second comp set and with the 5th channel its a dedicated sub channel so either way will wrk. Since you got extra money now id go with a better amp (PG use to be good but its not the 90's anymore) it will do no where its rated power.

i like jl audio. you can get a stealth box with the 10"sub for about 250. then hop over to ebay and get the 5 channel amp for aobut 300 and also you can find last years or the year before speakers for 125 per set then the hu is up to you. or save for the hu and get the avic-d3 or (just bought it, the avic-z2) from pioneer

or "f" it and it all on ebay even the wheels! it's tough, 1k isn't alot to play with

All sounds good to me if u want cheaper you can go with the lower grade cadence amp it will do its rated power (which is more then the one you have picked) but quality is not as good but should last for many years if treated right.

i just wish my dad wouldve given me that. i had to buy my car and had to run withouth a/c and radio after both went out without a cent from parents. must be nice.

but i would save up some more for an avic d3 hu and then the rest.

So i guess ill go with the cheapercadence amp if you say it will work good disturbed.
But Googles prices are making me wonder about the HU.
Do you think the Avic-d3 will have much better sound quality than the panny.
Is it worth the extra 100 or so with nav that i will never use and a slightly smaller screen.

by the way i have no idea what the JLs are model indo? or any thing just that they handle 800 watts max all my cousin told me but i trust him hes a nice guy

 

well im sure they prob are 800max which would be 400rms most likely but u need to see if there dvc or svc (vc = voice coils d= dual and s=single) and what indepence they are so you can see what kinda power they will see from this amp. as far as hu idk i dont have a fancy one mines damn near 2 years old (pioneer) so i guess u get whatever looks best to you and look at the options you most want.
