The two you are looking at are complete garbage. If you really want video, wait and buy something that won't fall apart in a year.
For around 300 you can get a great quality CD Deck, and then later add a cheap DVD player and screen if you feel the urge.
With that amp you are going to be limited on which subs will be well suited for that amount of power. How much do you want ot spend on the subs?

then id go with a dd 3512!! and since i know the ed crowd is coming id get a nine.1. Sub can handle all that amp can offer.

you will be better of saving a little more cash and getting something that will last or you will just end up replacing those units WITH something that will cost a little more and last longer when these break. If you buy cheap in car audio, you just end up buying twice. A car is a horrible place for electronics, extreme temp changes, vibrations and bouncing, dust and moisture... It is hard enough for a quality piece to last let alone for something that is built poorly with bad equipment. I have seen a descent JVC unit for $500 and this is as low as I would go.....
Do not go with either of those 2 headunits, the way stangs are designed where the headunits are recessed in, makes them not work worth a crap with flip out headunits. Either go with a double din, if you need navigation, or have a wife and/or kid that needs to watch dvds to be entertained. If you don't need navigation or to watch DVDs, then go with a nice single din unit. Something like pioneer, eclipse, etc. Then if your into mods throw this on there.

I literally saw that THE DAY AFTER i ordered my Avic-D3. I have no need to really watch DVDs in my car, but the navigation is nice. My friend had one of those radio gauge panels in his 04 GT, and had i known they made those for mine (the S197s), i surely would have went with a single din headunit with that.
I paid about $470 for my Avic-D3. Open box never used. That is the lone reason i decided on one of those. But unless you have the need to entertain people with DVD's or need navigation because you travel or whatnot, i would just stick to a good single din. I could of got a awsome pioneer single din with about a million equalization typed options compared to that of the Avic-D3. For cheaper then any decent double din.
So if you want DVDs/navi, go double din, if you want some badass gauges/switches and tons of music equalization settings go with a nice single din unit.

I would go with like that for a single din, if you drive a 5 speed. Cause talking on the phone while driving stick is a nightmare. If you got a auto, it's still nice, but i personally wouldn't bother with bluetooth if you have a auto.
Edit2: I will throw this out also in my old car i had a $100 pioneer single din headunit and my music sounded better on that deck then my $350 flip out phase linear (jensen). My $100 one had a HPF among other small goodies and my flip out didn't even have a HPF/LPF or anything useful, so weigh more eye goodies or more sound goodies.

I have not had a use for video in my stang, just a really loud really clean stereo. For navigation needs are only a few times a year and I always have my phone on me and have gotten use to the verizon navigator, on 3$ each time I need to use it.
And I just want to take the time to say that I enjoyed my stereo and my stang today. With the 75 degree weather we have here in phoenix I have to rub it in when I have the chance....

Why the hell do you want a dash screen? Unless you are building some complete over the top show car its a waste of money and your better off spending the same amount of money on a good head unit. You sound kinda like a kid I went to school with. He thrived on attention so he put a flip out alpine unit in his beat *** Acura. At the end of the day, he was still an ******* and it was cool for about a week. Buy a Normal high quality head unit if you actually care about sound quality instead of attention.
And Make it SUB singular. That is a 200 watt amp at 4 ohms. I installed a JL10w3 and A1400 amp in my car, putting out 320watts RMS @ 4 ohms and it is plenty of bass for my car, it makes the car rattle with a modest gain setting and bass turned to a medium setting. Everybody is hell bent on getting two subs to be like wow look what I got!!! But put tons of power behind one good one and your a step ahead of the game because Im lugging around 1/2 as much weight and I have more trunk space than if I put in some box with 2 subwoofers. Also, Im a big fan of buying subs in boxes matched from the manufacturer because the box will be "perfect" for the sub if it is from a legit manufacturer.
